What does turmeric taste like in coffee?

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric which has some anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. By adding a specific amount of turmeric into your coffee, can really help you out to find against various diseases. And it tastes like earthy and warming with a slight hint of heat coming up from the turmeric.


What does turmeric taste good with?

Turmeric is an ancient flavorsome spice and can be served with different things. Their best use is in medicine as it is being used in Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic from the last 4000 years. Turmeric basically is known as Curry powder as it is the main ingredient in curry making due to its color. It gives the curry a yellowish color with good taste. Turmeric also used to make “turmeric tea”, turmeric coffee” and so many other things, as it contains such properties that help in fighting against some health issues. Turmeric is a spice which is not only use in curry making but can also be used to add taste in another dish by mixing it with other spice like in the making of a pickle.


How to eat turmeric?

Turmeric can be eaten in any form. As it comes from the long roots of Curcuma longa with tough brown skin and orange flash. It can be eaten in a form of raw, but because it has a bitter, peppery taste that’s why it is usually used in a form of capsules to cure some health issues. Or by adding it up with milk, by making turmeric tea or turmeric coffee. Or in any other form, as it contains such properties which make it more than a spice. That’s why it is known as “Full-Combo Spice” with multi-dimensional health benefits.


What does Turmeric smell like?

Turmeric is a spice and a main ingredient in curry due to its color and taste. It belongs to a ginger family and has a sweet, floral flavor without the metallic bitterness found in poor quality turmeric. It's aromatic scent also has a touch of orange in it's aroma.
