How much turmeric shold I eat?
First, due to the quality of Timeless Turmeric 1/4-1/2 tsp equates to 1 tsp of conventional, industrial farmed turmeric. We recommend that you start off small University of Maryland recommends 2,000 mg a day. What this translates to is about 1/4 tsp for prevention a day, 1 1/4 tsp a day for chronic inflammation, 3 x's a day and 1/4 tsp twice a day for brain health .
